When you join, you’ll select your first studio spot at checkout, then get access to the Members-Only booking service to schedule unlimited sessions with priority access. Cancellation Policy
The Hangout Spot Studio – Creator Membership Agreement This Agreement is between The Hangout Spot Studio (Erica) and Member, managed by Avenue 9 Photography (Erin). 1. Membership $300/month for unlimited bookings during open studio hours (max 4-hour blocks). Includes pro lighting kit, backdrops, and equipment at no extra charge. 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. 2. Payment Terms Payments are due on your signup date each month. 3-day grace period; $25 late fee after 3 days. If payment is not received within 10 days, membership is suspended until balance is paid in full. No refunds for unused time or mid-month cancellations. 3. Booking & Holds Members book directly through the Members-Only Booking System (unlimited sessions in 1–4 hr blocks). Tentative holds allowed for hourly or half-day sessions only. Setup/teardown must be included in all booking times. 4. Access Shop Hours (Mon–Fri 7am–4pm, Sat open): Check in at the Hangout Spot front desk; guests may purchase snacks/drinks. After Hours/Weekends: Erin or Erica will unlock/lock the studio. Studio closed during Hangout Spot events. Lobby/styled décor: use permitted during shop hours when available, but guaranteed after 4pm weekdays, Saturday evenings, and Sundays. 5. Studio Rules Leave the space as you found it. ❌ No glitter, confetti, smoke, or fog. ❌ Do not cut backdrops; roll them neatly. Props/furniture must remain in the studio. Normal wear on paper backdrops is acceptable; damage billed at replacement cost. $50 cleaning fee applies for excessive mess. 6. Time & Overtime Sessions may not exceed 4 hours. Extensions must be approved at least 8 hours prior, if available. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the Booking System. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and No-shows may result in restricted booking privileges. 8. Liability Members are responsible for their clients, guests, and belongings. Use of the studio is at Member’s own risk. The Hangout Spot and Avenue 9 Photography are not liable for injury, theft, or loss. 9. Content & Marketing Members retain all rights to their content. The studio may reshare content with credit unless privacy is requested in writing. Members are encouraged to tag @avenue9photography and @thehangoutspothouston when posting. 10. Agreement By purchasing a Creator Membership, Member agrees to all terms above.
